The "DeValero" Name
Thank you and welcome to DeValero Realty!!!!!  We are pleased to announce that we are California's "first" franchisee under the "FavoriteAgent.com" trademark name.     

For centuries we have been in a struggle to have peace and independence worldwide.  I chose to honor a select few by selecting a name that would remember their sacrifice.

In my younger days, I was always fascinated with legendary frontiersman Davy Crockett and his raccoon hat and his friend Jim Bowie and the famous Bowie knife (some of you may even remember the movies or tv series).   These revolutionaries fought and died at the fort now known as the "Alamo" in San Antonio, Texas.  

Prior to being a fort, the "Alamo" was one of five San Antonio missions in the early 1800's.  The original name of the mission before it became a fort was "Mission San Antonio DeValero" and thus the selected name of  "DeValero" Realty.  

In Southern California there are several famous missions.  A well known mission locally is "Mission San Juan Capistrano".

I have over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and commercial buying.    Since "Knowledge is Power", I am always trying to better myself through continuing education and reading. 

Major education includes: BBA Accounting, MBA Finance, Texas CPA, and Real Estate Broker.

Buyers are encouraged to consult with their own home financing firms.   If you want to transact with only one person for your loan origination and home purchase then I will personally handle your whole transaction.  The choice is yours.  We do not accept any referral fees as it is against the law.  We only work with major AAA lenders that have your best interest in mind.
